AFAIK www.opencaching.nl (BeNeLux) has ID=14.
I also saw some uncertainty regarding ID 15.

I chose ID=16 for www.opencaching.ro at the start of this week, when site entered production stage.
OR is cache prefix.

If there are reasons to change it and this won't affect existing data (as in users, published caches, applications like c:geo connected via OKAPI), I will change it to 8.

Our documentation still has to be translated into romanian and also many graphical things that we haven't done yet.
There will be a banner and some other graphics, I'll let you know.

No, we are good at opencaching.us. We "borrowed" all the banners shown at opencaching.de, resized them to our proper size, and put them on our sidebar. We had a couple of dead links, such as opencaching.no, but we are up to date with .de now. Opencaching.pl and Opencaching.nl no longer even show node banners on their sidebar.

It was sunday afternoon that I became aware that c:geo can't login to OC RO, and your report confirms it is OKAPI related.

I think the whole site was down see http://www.opencaching.ro/okapi/services/apisrv/stats. This method works. What Request do you test against the okapi from opencaching.ro?
