Indeed, while the service has stopped, the domain remains the property of Garmin and redirects here: http://www.garmin.com/en-US/geocaching

On another hand, I believe the website www.opencaching.eu should be updated regarding currently active nodes. Also, IMHO, this website should offer a short guide towards any potentially new nodes, providing a way to register a node_id, and offer a short guide on how to choose between the two current...

As we have to build our own wiki as well, starting up from zero experience with Wiki, I will consider that, but a bit later.

No, I was not aware of it. It represents a history of OC codebase and forks up to 2012, I see.

OCRO started in 2014 based on OCPL.
