New code reporistory for the Opencaching Network

Wojciech Rygielski, inventor and maintainer of the OKAPI project, has created a new place at Github for Opencaching-related open source projects:

It starts with the OKAPI as first project, which moves from Google Code to Github. You are invited to add your own OC projects there.
