GeoKrety Logger
Moderator: mic@

I just tested and currently you can log GeoKret in GC cache but you must enter waypoint manually (not cords!). For example: GC3Y5P5.
Entering cords is not available yet.
Application gets language settings from Android global settings. When you sets Polish, then you gets Polish. When you sets German, then you gets German. When you sets other language, you gets English (as default).

Okay, it runs. But from where gets the logger the coordinates of the GC waypoint? Waypoints known at geokrety.org are not the problem, gekrety.org knows their coordinates, but the other?

In GeoKrety website (and API too) when you typed corrected waypoint then coordinates field is ignored and coordinates is resolved from waypoint coordinates. Coordinates field is used only when you typed invalid waypoint or waypoint field is empty.
Integration with geocacing.com will not be easy but: "[...]At the current time, we are no longer accepting new requests for API access.[...]"

BeeTagg - it runs
NeoReader - it runs, but at the beginning the app try to open http://router.neom.com/gwv4/gateway?=CODE=http%3A%2F%2Fgeokrety.org...
After clicks Android built-in browser or Chrome browser it redirect and showing the asking window again (now with GeoKrety Logger).
When I clicks Firefox browser instead of Chrome or build-in browser then it not work.
BeeTagg runs similar to NeoReader but it force to open URL in Android built-in browser.

I'll try and report about the new QR function with 'Barcode Scanner' later.

My first setback: after upgrade from 0.2.x to 0.4.0 the app not work. It fixed in 0.4.1.
Okay. I've tested the new scanning function with Barcode Scanner 4.5.2 and GK Logger 0.4. Works like a charm!
Thank you.
