OCDE views and node IDs

Hi,

I am writing on the opencaching.eu wiki and I need technical information
about OCDE:

AFAIK oc-server3 runs on a single server and offeres different views
depending for which domain came the request. (DE, ES, IT, FR).
According to the info that i have so far, OCDE is node_id=1.

Question: Does each domain have an associated unique node_id, or is it
the same (domain / website based or installation instance based)

There is only this bitmap image.

Is it allowed to publish a modified graphic with "our" [url=http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/]CC-Licence[/url]?

The license allows modification, and the bitmap version already was modified in 2012. Now it needs to be updated:

- Start of UK site, based on PL code (2009)
- NL was rebased on PL code (2013)
- Start of the RO site, based on PL cide (2014)
- .fr view was added to the DE site (2015)

I have done some changes. The double arrows indicate that the RO and NL code is synchronized with PL code.
